Here are some of the exciting tools you will gain from Dental Boot Kamp Coaching 1.  There are 10 modules covered by your Coach through telephone calls (typically 2-3 calls each month) over a ten month timeframe.  One call is with the whole team to practice, role-play and clarify the material.  At least once per month, your coach will have a private call with the doctor.  The remaining calls are with the team to problem-solve and prepare fun and effective team

 meetings.  The modules will cover the following:

In addition, your Coach will make a one and a half day visit to your office to observe and evaluate your dental practice as well as coach treatment Case Presentations to your patients.   During that visit you will have a full day of Team Training with your Coach to further customize the Dental Dental Boot Kamp skills to your practice.  In order to support you in tracking your progress, an Excel based Practice Monitoring System is provided … complete with reports, charts and graphs to help you, your team and your Coach stay on top of your progress.  You may feel with all of this your practice will soar to the next level but there is still more.  Other benefits you will receive are:
