The
purpose of the Mentor Intensive is to initiate the training
for Dental Boot Kamp Alumni to facilitate small groups in
the Dental Boot Kamp Curriculum. At the completion of the
program participants have the opportunity to request to be
Dental Boot Kamp Mentors. The program is designed to allow
participants to determine if mentoring is or is not right
for them. Potential Mentors are selected based on actual
application of DBK skills in their practice, ease and level
of skill in the Intensive as well as ability to facilitate
small groups. Not everyone who requests is selected.
