  Results of the Program

1. Increased confidence, effectiveness and impact of your Practice Manager on the future of the practice.
2. Increased communication skill effectiveness including conflict resolution.
3. Proficiency in Excel to monitor the practice.  They will use and develop spreadsheets to assist them in managing overhead and production.
4. Completion of a Practice Personnel Manual.
5. Enhance personal Image through working with an Image Consultant as well as communicating effectively with team members regarding their image.
6. Create a plan for consistency of image through out the practice both in collateral, paperwork and physical plant. 
7. Job Descriptions for all the team.
8. Evaluation of the existing practice and action plan for improvement.
9. Ability to create and lead team building activities.
10. Understanding and an implementation plan for NEER Marketing.

Tuition: $8950.00 per Team Member.  The program includes two separate three day educational classroom sessions plus monthly private coaching and MASTERMIND calls.
