Executive Coaching is designed for those Dr's and Teams who have been through the Dental Boot Kamp Continuum and desire the guidance and Partnership of a Coach to accomplish projects and commitments. Most Executive Coaching relationships are month to month and are designed around methods and strategies to fulfill on the goals set. Your coach will keep track of your progress, coach you around road blocks and help you adjust your course when events demand it. Most Executive Coaching assignments include one call per month + email availability.
